Conference Registration Fees:

The conference registration will be $225 for the full conference (not including short courses).  A $50 late-fee will be assessed if your registration is received after 3/30/2019.

  • On or before 3/30/2019: $225
  • After 3/30/2019: $275
  • Student and Active Military Registration: $150. You must present a valid student ID (undergraduate students only)

The full conference fee is $225.00, plus the cost of any workshops you may wish to attend. This fee includes two continental breakfasts, two lunches and an Exhibitor Reception, as well as all concurrent sessions and general sessions (excluding workshops).

 Workshop Registration Fees:

You do not have to register for the conference to register for a Workshop, although it is strongly encouraged to get the most out of your experience.

NOTE:  We are sorry to say that we will not be able to provide laptops for the workshops as we have in the past.  We ask that you bring your own laptop with the programs needed for the workshop you are registered for installed.  We will provide links to the necessary program downloads (if applicable) and any data needed prior to the conference.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • ½-Day Workshop (with a full conference registration): $65
  • ½-Day Workshop ONLY: $75
  • Full Day Workshop (with a full conference registration): $130
  • Full Day Workshop ONLY: $140
